Common requests
A few things you do not need to message us about:
- Billing: manage or cancel your subscription any time from Settings via the billing portal.
- SMS: reply STOP to any text to opt out instantly, or toggle SMS alerts off in Settings.
- Permit rules: check the permit guides first; each one covers release dates, lotteries, and quotas.
